It’s disturbingly ironic how Hollywood is capitalizing off of those who were financially affected by the economic downturn. The Company Men, another film of that variety, may not have been bad (for a drama it was able to hold its own), but recommending it is a whole other issue. I mean, if you (or someone you know) were fired during these troubling times, I am certain you (or they) would despise this movie, regardless of its merits. For others, specifically those who want a decent drama to watch, this one will do fine however unsettling it may be.
